Debi’s Bio:

Debi-Douglass-A-houseSOLD-name-842x474Prior to holding a Real Estate license, I was in the market to purchase a home for my family. The experience was enlightening. I was not encountering truthfulness, professionalism, or good listening skills from the Realtors we worked with. In 1995 I decided I attend the best Real Estate School in Oregon: Norm Webb School of Real Estate in Salem, Oregon.

Acquiring a license is NOT preparation for the real world as a Realtor. Experience and actual education are learned client by client, transaction by transaction.

Now, 21 years into my career, my experience is extensive, my knowledge is considerable. I have achieved many goals along the way: such as further education designations, ABR and GRI, to being presented The President’s Award in 2015 for achieving top sales within our company, Hybrid Real Estate.

I have two things I value tremendously: my clients and my real estate license.

I want each and every client I work for to have a positive, satisfying experience. I come to you with what most Realtors do not: extensive, invaluable experience offered to you with honesty, commitment and genuine care and concern for you and your loved ones.
